The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts across the Irish market. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering consultative sales and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target and convert new clinic opportunities across Ireland
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial proposals
  • Build long-term partnerships with clinic owners, doctors and aesthetic practitioners
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions and training sessions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience

About You

We’re looking for a driven sales professional with strong territory management skills and a consultative approach.

Essential

  • Proven sales track record (B2B / field sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Confidence presenting to business owners and clinical professionals

Desirable

  • Experience in aesthetics, medical devices, skincare, beauty, dental or pharma sales
  • Existing network in the Irish aesthetics/clinic market
  • Experience selling premium products with longer sales cycles
